This project began with an urgent call from a customer experiencing basement flooding and struggling to find a responsive contractor.
After expressing relief that we answered their call, the customer requested drainage installation to address the issue.
During the project, they expanded the scope to include a new patio, a rock retaining wall, a front retaining wall, and a gravel parking area.
The project was completed on schedule before the rainy season, ensuring the property was fully protected.

Words cannot describe the gratitude towards Back 40 Lanscaping. We had a major flood in our crawl space due to lack of perimeter drainage being done wrong when I say major it was a disaster. Sam and Natasha were just fabulous caring and kind they fixed are problem and went above and beyond to help us. I honestly don’t know what we would have done as no one in Chilliwack would help us.
