### A Thoughtful Approach to Landscaping

At Back 40 Landscaping, we believe that a well-defined process is the foundation of every successful project. Our step-by-step approach ensures clear communication, attention to detail, and a smooth journey from your initial vision to a beautifully finished landscape.

From the first consultation to the final touches, our team is committed to delivering a result that exceeds your expectations, creating outdoor spaces that are both functional and visually stunning.

## Our Process

01

### Get A Quote

Give us some basic information about your project by filling out our form. Once we review your form, we will do a phone consultation so that we can get started on your project as soon as possible.

### Phone Consultation

This is where you have a phone consultation with Natasha and  talk more about your project. We do this to see if we are a good fit for one another, and give you a ball park price over the phone.

###  Site Inspection

Once you know a rough price for your project and are ready to move forward we take a deposit, and set up a day to do the site inspection.

 

The site inspection is done by owner Sam, who is a certified retaining wall builder and inspector.

### On-Site Inspection

During the on-site inspection, we introduce ourselves in person and start discussing the vision you have for your outdoor space and the steps we’ll take to make it a reality. The visit also ensures the site is accessible and there are no unforeseen factors that will affect construction.

Once you are ready we will go over the **contract** together, and then sign it on the spot. The scheduling **deposit** is also made during the contract signing. We accept cheque, credit card, or e-Transfer as payments.

### Transfer of Trust

Before doing any work, we introduce you to the whole team. After meeting them, we’ll do a pre-job walkthrough so that we are all on the same page. We’ll explain exactly what will happen to your space, and what you can expect for the remainder of the project timeline.

### Post-Job Walkthrough

We invite you to join us in a final post-job walkthrough where we’ll inspect the entire project site together and make sure everything is perfect. If something is not in line with your vision, let us know and we’ll take care of it on the spot.

07

### Follow-Up

We stand behind our work and want to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with your project. Natasha or Sam will check in with you according to our 3-day, 3-week, and 3-month follow-up plan. If anything comes up, let them know and we will do what we can to help.
