This home was a rental property that our customer was getting ready to rent out. He had renovated everything inside and the last step was to get the outside drainage and landscaping ready.
The ideal set up for this backyard would have been doing a retaining wall to level the yard out as the very back of the property and the house sloped towards the middle of the backyard, however the budget did not allow for this. Sam’s solution to stay within the homeowner’s budget was to add drainage to the yard so that rain water would not pool in the middle of the yard.
