This customer contacted us because they had major flooding in their basement and their backyard was unusable. One thing that they were concerned about was that they have a septic tank going across their front yard and were worried that the septic tank would get crushed by the machines that would be needed to excavate for the drainage.
Sam was able to put their mind at east by using our mini excavator and navigating around the septic field.
The customers drainage issue was fixed once and for all and there was no damage to the septic field.
