Willow Arbor Complex Gets New Drainage System
This townhouse complex contacted us to replace a drainage system that had been put in two years earlier that had already began to clog and fail. The residents of the townhouse were dealing with water pooling and muddy backyards, making a lot of the yards unusable.
One of the reasons this complex decided to hire Back 40 Landscaping was because we use Baughman tile drainage pipe in our drainage systems. Baughman pipe does not clog or crush like other pipe. Since they had already spent the money trying to fix their drainage problem once before, they wanted to ensure this time around they got a system that was built properly and would last a long time.
After our first install at Willow Arbor, we were called the following year to remedy another failing system used by a different drainage company.
We were able to completely fix their drainage issues and give the entire townhouse complex piece of mind.
