Chilliwack Home in Desperate Need of Water Leak Fix

This customer called us with a drainage emergency. They had water going into their basement that was threatening to ruin all of their items stored there. The first thing that the customer told Natasha when she answered the phone was that she had called five other companies and we were the first to actually pick up. Upon hearing how much stress this drainage issue was causing, Natasha booked Sam to do a site inspection the next day, rearranging his busy schedule.

During the site inspection it was determined that the best cause of action would be to do a full perimeter drainage system.

While this project was happening, Chilliwack had a huge storm and the customers basement stayed dry. They even called us during the rain to let us know how happy they were that their stuff was safe and secure!

The customer was so impressed with their drainage system we completed a full front and backyard reno that included a Allan Block retaining wall, paver patio, rock retaining wall and gravel parking pad.

Now this family has peace of mind that their precious storage items are safe from rain damage and their home is now protected!
