Entire Property Makeover in Chilliwack
While doing a perimeter drain job for this customer they quickly realized that Sam’s skills could help them transform their entire property, not just their drainage issues. Back 40 Landscaping ended up not only fixing their drainage problems but added a front Allan Block retaining wall, side rock wall, paver patio with steps, gravel parking pad and an updated front lawn.
The retaining wall upgraded the overall look of the front lawn and we added some concrete curbing to create a focal point with a tree, mulch, river rock and some wood décor to tie everything together.
This customer can now enjoy every area of their property!

Words cannot describe the gratitude towards Back 40 Landscaping. We had a major flood in our crawl space due to lack of perimeter drainage being done wrong when I say major it was a disaster.
