Property Gets Major Transformation

This customer wanted one contractor to redo all the landscaping on her entire property so that she only had to deal with one company. The projects scope of work included a new paver driveway, front yard planting, new sod, a paver driveway, paver walkways, two-tiered retaining wall with steps and a paver patio. Besides replacing the failing retaining wall, the most important part of this project was to create a beautiful patio space. Our customer loves to sit outside with her cats during the day and felt that the original space lacked comfort and beauty.

One other thing that was important about this project was the fact that our customer is a single, elderly woman so her son and daughter wanted to be sure that whoever was hired for this project was trustworthy and would complete the job on time, and within the allotted budget. Communication was also very important to them as they do not live in the same town as their mother and therefore would not be around to check in on the project as it was happening. Sam made sure to communicate with everyone involved throughout the entire process via email, phone calls and WhatsApp.

Our customer is now able to enjoy her daily outside time with her cats while taking in nature on her new patio, and as a bonus can now comfortably wheel her garbage cans to the front of her home due to the paver walkway that was installed.

Sam was beyond professional, from working with the city to finishing the project, he worked with us when we wanted changes along the way and made suggestions when we weren't sure what we wanted. Everything was detailed in a contract so we all knew what the expectations were for construction and payments. Most impressive was their attention to detail and to make sure they did things right. Our old patio and driveway didn't have any base - no wonder it cracked and broke! Sam went beyond code to properly install a stable foundation so I'm certain this project will last decades. We joked that he was like Mike Holmes making sure everything was perfect - but it's true. Very happy with the entire experience and absolutely happy with the final project.
